 Making an appointment to see one of our free professionally accredited counsellors is easy. Visit us in our office, call or reach out to us via direct message on Facebook/Messenger.

Please note: This is an adults-only counselling service.

 Emergencies happen. But no one should go hungry because of them. We can help. The easiest way to get assistance is to visit our office with no appointment needed. Our support team will ask some simple questions to come up with short-term and long-term solutions to keep you fed and on your feet.

Food Pantry)

 There is always something going on here. Support groups, social events, free food, affordable groceries, and various sales. We have a bit of everything at SRU, so check out our events calendar or stay in touch by visiting our Facebook page for live updates. 

Our workshops provide  The sewing team at SRU makes incredible designs on-site. Ranging from clothes, toys, and pillows to 100% cotton reusable bags, neck and shoulder heat bags, and other innovative goodies.  and support to individuals and organizations working to create positive change. Join us and learn how you can make a difference in your community.

 Our op-shop, named after one of our wonderful volunteers, has an extensive range of second-hand treasures. Clothing, manchester, kitchenware, electrical, and much more can be found in Serena's Op Shop. 

 We have a huge range of second-hand furniture available, thanks to the generosity of the surrounding community. TVs, entertainment suites, beds, mattresses, lounges, chairs & tables, and much more. 

Most items are listed on our Facebook store page if you are unable to visit in person. Any questions can be made directly through Facebook's Messenger or via phone/text to our friendly team.

 Our Cafe offers free breakfast Mondays and Thursday 8am-10am and lunch for a maximum of $3. Free coffee and tea everyday and a great place to catch up with friends and meet new people.
